David Foster announces Mount Doug Idol Event on CFAX 1070

"The MD80 Celebration Committee", is pleased to announce that David Foster will be interviewed live @ 11:05 am on CFAX1070 Radio's Murray Langdon's show with Adam Stirling. David will provide more details about the “Mount Doug Idol” event and his participation.
Eligibility rules will be posted soon at www.mountdougalumni.com
Ticket information will be released later in September. Stay tuned, but remember that only signed up alumni have priority for ticket sales (sign up now at www.mountdougalumni.com)
Entries from eligible-only entrants are to be in the form of a single song recorded in CD format only - no videos or other formats permitted or accepted. Singing can be to music or acappella.
Deadline for entries is October 14, 2011.
Five finalists will be invited to perform live at the Mount Doug IDOL Event on November 19th at UVIC Centre where David and his guest judges will determine the winner. The event will end with the winner singing while David accompanies. There will be a first, second and third prize awarded. Details to follow.
